Terms of Service
Last updated July 10, 2026. Main Street AI is operated from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The service
Main Street AI provides a managed website plus a set of AI agents - the Digital Front Desk - that answer chat and after-hours calls, follow up on leads, request and respond to reviews, keep site content current, and send the owner a weekly summary. Exactly what is included depends on the plan you choose (Foundation, Growth, or Concierge) and any add-ons, as described on our pricing page and in your signed agreement.
Allowances and fair use
Each plan includes defined monthly allowances - for example, routine content edits (2, 4, or 6 per month by tier), and disclosed limits on messages, chat conversations, and voice minutes. New pages, redesigns, new integrations, and campaigns are scoped separately through the add-on menu or declined. The specific allowances and any overage terms are set out in your signed client agreement, which controls if anything here and there differ.
Term and cancellation
Service runs on a three-month initial term, then continues month-to-month. After the initial term you may cancel with 30 days notice. Setup is a one-time fee, waived if you prepay the year. Autopay is required.
What you keep if you leave (exit handoff)
Your domain is registered to you from day one. On exit you receive your current site copy, the images you own, your structured page content, and a full export of your leads (a static export is the default format). A 30-day transition window applies, and paid migration help can be quoted.
What does not transfer: our shared agent runtime, prompt library, agent configurations, internal tooling, and the third-party accounts operated by Main Street AI. The agents are ours; everything that was yours stays yours.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. Our agents always identify as AI, never take payment details, and never give medical or safety advice; you agree not to ask us to configure them otherwise.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site and agents up, with monitoring and safe degradation (if the agent runtime is unavailable, the site and contact form keep working). Even so, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis without warranties beyond those in your signed agreement. To the extent the law allows, Main Street AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms and the service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
