Setup and contract

$1,250 setup, waived if you prepay the year. Three-month initial term, then month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice after that. You keep your domain, your content, and your site.

How long does setup take?

Most sites go live within two to three weeks of our first call. Agents come online one at a time after that, starting with missed-call text-back.

What if I already have a website?

We rebuild it on our stack and manage it going forward. Your domain and content move with you - nothing is lost.

Do I own my domain and content?

Yes. Your domain stays registered to you from day one, and your content is yours. If you ever leave, you keep both.

What counts as a 'routine content edit'?

Text changes, new hours, updated photos, a new service line - the everyday stuff. Foundation includes 2 per month, Growth 4, and Concierge 6. Anything closer to a rebuild gets scoped separately.

Can the AI text my customers at night?

It replies right away to someone who just reached out - a new lead, a missed call, an active conversation - because they are expecting to hear back. It does not send unsolicited follow-ups overnight; those wait until morning. The quiet-hours window defaults to 9pm-8am and is configurable per business.

What happens to the AI agents if I leave?

The agents are ours - they're part of the Main Street AI runtime, not something we hand over. You keep everything that was yours: your domain (registered to you from day one), your current site copy and owned images, your structured page content, and a full export of your leads. A 30-day transition window applies, and paid migration help can be quoted. What stays with us: the shared runtime, prompt library, agent configurations, and the third-party accounts we operate.

Is this one of those white-label AI receptionist resellers?

No. Main Street AI builds and runs its own agent runtime in-house - it isn't a white-label reseller product with a support queue. Every client is managed directly by Jason.

What if the AI says something wrong?

Every agent runs behind guardrails: it identifies as AI, never guesses a price that isn't configured, and hands off when it's unsure. Jason reviews escalations and responds inside the plan's SLA.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. After the three-month initial term you're month-to-month. Most clients start at Growth and add Concierge features when they're ready.
