Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your website and the Digital Front Desk:

  • Contact and lead details you or your customers provide - name, phone number, email, and what you need.
  • Chat transcripts from conversations with our AI agents on your site.
  • SMS consent records - whether someone opted in to text messages, the version of the disclosure they agreed to, the page it happened on, and when.
  • Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used (aggregate traffic, not individual tracking profiles).

We do not ask for or store payment card details, and our agents are instructed never to collect them. We do not seek out health information; if someone volunteers it, our agents are built to stop, flag the conversation, and hand off to a person rather than act on it.

Why we collect it

To answer inquiries, follow up on leads, book appointments, request and respond to reviews, keep your site content current, and send the owner a weekly summary. In short: to do the front-desk work you hired us for, and to keep the site fast and secure.

Who processes it (subprocessors)

We use a small set of established vendors, each for one job:

  • Hosting: Vercel - serves the website and runs our application.
  • Database: Supabase - stores leads, conversations, and configuration.
  • AI provider: Anthropic - powers the agents that answer and draft.
  • SMS: Twilio - sends and receives text messages.
  • Email: Resend - sends transactional and digest email.
  • Voice: Retell - powers the optional AI phone receptionist.
  • Productivity: Google Workspace - internal email and documents.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond the vendors above and what the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and conversation records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal records, then delete or anonymize them. If you leave, you can request an export of your leads and content; see the Terms for the exit handoff. You can ask us to delete specific records sooner where we are not required to keep them.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email jason@mainstreetok.com and a real person - Jason - will handle it.

Text messaging (SMS) program

If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, Main Street AI may text you about your inquiry and your service - for example, a quick reply after you reach out, follow-ups, appointment details, and review requests.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
  • Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

We honor STOP immediately. See our Terms for the rest of the service agreement.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes that affect how we handle your data will be communicated directly.
